The sale of goods by Kanala Kickz is subject to availability. In the event of unavailability, Kanala Kickz will refund the client in full within 3 business days.
EXCHANGES:
Exchange of items purchased may be permitted for selectable variants like size and colour. Once the exchange request is approved, you will receive notifications and the replaced item will be shipped to you.
Due to the nature of our business all sales are final and cannot be returned nor refunded. However exception will be made under the following conditions
- The product is damaged or defective
- The product is incorrect or it’s an incorrect size.
- Returned within 5 days from the date of collection or delivery. No exemptions.
- In an unworn and marketable condition.
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact.
- Receipt or proof of purchase if returning at the store.
Refund requests must be submitted within a 5 day period after accepting delivery. Refunds are only provided in form of store credit. Credit will be issued for the value of your return and will be credited to your account with us, providing you with the opportunity to amend your order if necessary.
SHIPPING:
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within 2 business days and delivery confirmed by way of email with a tracking number.
All our shipments are shipped double boxed, delivered to your door by reliable courier services within South Africa.
Shipments generally take 2 business days to arrive in metropolitan areas and 3 days + to regional areas.
Domestic shipping is charged at a flat rate of R100. All orders above R5000 will be delivered for free of charge. Store collection may be arranged at no charge.
